30 Minutes of Strength at Home

With the young people that come and train with us, alongside designing their programmes that they perform when they visit us, we also design a programme they can complete at home and with minimal if any equipment.

The sessions are planned to be around 20-40 minutes and complement their efforts in the gym. In some cases these programmes are the main bulk of a young persons training regime.

We’ve put together a programme that you can do with minimal equipment almost anywhere. The set up and ordering of the programme combines exercises to improve strength, mobility and body control.

Perfect for young people who play sport.
