What to expect

Check-in

Catch up on the weeks training and matches and time to discuss how the athlete is feeling and what adjustments need to be made for that day.

Prepare

Athletes then perform their bespoke preparation and warm up programme to prime themselves for the demands of the sessions ahead.

Train

Then into the main section which could include a mix of strength, speed and explosive drills, mobility and balance at the correct level for the individual.

We analyse and measure athletes’ speed, strength, power and mobility amongst other factors to refine and adjust programmes to. ensure the athlete is continuously moving in the right direction.

    Choose your package

    We understand every athlete’s schedule and resources are different. This is why we offer three packages to take advantage of our Individual Coaching from our expert coaches. Packages range from our Core package including one session per month to our Champion package with four sessions per month. All our packages come with online-programming and tracking for sessions outside of BAA coaching plus continuous support from the BAA team. Some athlete use our Individual Coaching together with our 4:1 Group Training.

    Successful athletes are taking part in strength & conditioning activities more often than others. The optimal number of training sessions varies for each person according to the age of the athlete, their goals and schedule. As a guide we recommend 1-4 hours of dedicated strength & conditioning each week for continual and quality progress. This time is made up of physical training and recovery methods.
