Choose and sign up to a plan and set up your TrainHeroic online account. Once payment is organised we’ll send you everything you need to do this

START TRAINING


Begin your training with a carefully selected group of tests which will act as on-going benchmarks to measure your progress. Start completing your training sessions using the app to view session plans, watch videos, track data and monitor progress

KEEP IT CONSISTENT


Consistency is key with physical training and we're here to help. Your training programmes adapt according to the hockey season which creates a varied, fun and challenging plan. Stay in touch with coaches for assistance and every term complete the re-tests and realise your athletic improvements
