The ideal programme For YOuth athleteS who want to increase their all-round abilities


This program is intended for athletes 10-13 years old with no strength training background. It focuses mainly on body control, mobility and learning different movements. There are 2 sessions per week and each will take you approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.
